Paul joined Austrite in 2019 as a Project Coordinator. Paul has worked both internationally and locally and has accumulated over 16 years’ experience in the HVAC industry. He has brought to the team critical knowledge and a unique skill set whereby he is not only a qualified Mechanical Engineer, but he has worked in Project Coordination and Project Estimation across a vast range of project sizes.
When asked why a Project Coordinator’s impact on a job is, he replied “The Project Coordinator is the crucial link between Site and Management. The team on site relies on the Project Coordinator for crucial inputs with regards to drawings and various resources. Management relies on the Project Coordinator for site progress, hurdles and milestones. The Project Coordinator is vital in conveying information and resources either way”.
Paul not only brings technical knowledge and previous experience to this role, but he also promotes a positive work culture by displaying integrity, accountability and professionalism. Outside of work Paul likes to site see with his family around Sydney and enjoying cycling.
