Vivian Davelis

Vivian is the Operations and HR Manager of Austrite Industries. Vivian finished school with a UAI of 95.00, appeared on the Distinguished achievers listed and completed a Bachelor of Business Degree in Finance and Management. It is clearly evident Vivian is a self-disciplined high achiever with strong motivation, undeterred commitment and clear focus.

For several years Vivian has worked in several roles in recruitment and finance for several large and highly regarded banking institutions. Vivian is passionate about mentoring, client service, coaching, quality control and innovation. Vivian is currently responsible for monitoring and analysing currents systems and procedures and determining their effectiveness. Further to this Vivian is responsible for developing a strategy to improve any systems or processes where necessary. By managing day to day activities, overlooking all HR functions, analysing statistics and reading and writing reports, she plays a vital role within Austrite.
